News Gilles Bisson is questioning the Liberals promise to Personal Support Workers SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Friday, Oct. 24th, 2014 Gilles Bisson, MPP for Timmins-James Bay, is questioning the Liberal government over Personal Support Worker pay. Before the election, the Liberal’s said PSW’s who work in the home care sector would get a raise. They are the lowest paid in the health care sector, making as low as 11-dollars an hour. Bisson says the problem is, like most promises made by Liberals, there’s a “but” in the promise. The Health Minister told Bisson he would look into the case.
