One driver is facing charges for impaired driving on St. Patrick’s Day.
The Timmins Police Service says officers were called to Schumacher by a resident concerned for the safety of drivers and pedestrians in the area at about 9:00pm Saturday. TPS says officers found the driver and noticed some signs of impairment.
The 33-year-old man is facing three charges including impaired driving and distracted driving. Police say he has been released and will appear in court on April 3rd.
