A Timmins man in hot water after an alleged assault.
The Timmins Police Service says on Tuesday during a verbal fight, the 25-year-old man allegedly hit the 33-year-old victim leaving injuries that required medical attention. Police investigation revealed the man is on a probation order with a condition to be on good behavior.
The 25-year-old is facing charges of assault causing bodily harm and breach of probation. He is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
