A new way to connect and share health tips with parents is launching.
The Porcupine Health Unit is starting a new Facebook page in order to connect local parents to other families and nurses. Public Health Nurse Meagan Potvin says nurses will be posting up-to-date information to help parents make health choices that work for their family. Potvin says people can message the page with questions as well.
She says the goal of the page is to open up conversations between the health unit and local families.
