A Timmins man is facing charges after a vehicle hit a local home.
The Timmins Police Service says at about 5:20am today, officers were called to a home in the Spruce Street South and Moneta Avenue area. Police say a pick-up truck left the road and hit the home.
Police say they noticed the driver had some signs of impairment. The 27-year-old man is facing charges of impaired driving and refusing to give a breath sample. He has been released and will appear in court on January 16th.
TPS says the home has extensive damage, but luckily no one was injured.
