The fourth annual Out of the Cold coat drive has begun in Timmins. Running until November 8th, the Bliss Beauty Bar on Pine is taking in gently used winter jackets to donate to those in need. There will also be collecting them along the Santa Clause Parade Route before the parade begins, on November 8th.
