Emergency Landing at the Timmins Airport

A plane had to make an emergency landing at the Timmins Airport after its landing gear failed to open. It happened on Friday night, and before the plane could land it circled airport a few times as pilots tried to sort out the problem. Emergency crews were on hand, but there were no injuries. The plane slid about 25 metres before coming to a stop. Investigators from the Transportation Safety Board of Canada are looking into what caused the landing gear to fail.
