The Timmins Chamber is partnering with Northern College, Ryerson University, and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce to address youth employment. The Chamber announced a new networking platform called Magnet that helps connect employers with recent grads. Magnet allows businesses to search for qualified candidates in Timmins and beyond. It was created through Ryerson’s Digital Media Zone, and includes over 60, 000 employers. The official launch is next month, but you can sign up now at www.magnet.today
