The “Me Too” movement is inspiring a Timmins business to make a change.
The movement started last week when women who have been sexually harassed and or assaulted wrote “me too” on their social media accounts.
Timmins Gracie Jiu Jitsu used this movement to inspire a new program. Owner Tessa Mousseau says she wants to add onto the self-defence, women in power program.
Mousseau says this is a very important conversation that needs to keep going.
She says more information on the new program will be announced on their Facebook page in the very near future.
