Multiple Systems Stolen from Chapleau Home

Your help is needed to find the people responsible for a theft from a residence.

Crime Stoppers says in the early morning hours on September 5th, some people broke into an unoccupied home in Chapleau owned by the Cochrane-Temiskaming Native Housing. Crime Stoppers Coordinator Michelle Simard says a number of items were taken and gutted for parts.

Simard says the suspects also tampered with the homes electrical panel. The total amount of property damage and stolen goods exceeds $20,000.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
