Southern Ontario MPP Lou Rinaldi says he won’t apologize for his comment some took as calling Northern Ontario a “No Man’s Land”.
Rinaldi says that the PC’s misconstrued his comments. He says his comment was aimed at Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli saying Fedeli was alone and in no man’s land with his opinion on changes to the Elections Finance Act, not on the northern region. Tory Leader Patrick Brown says he doesn’t buy it.
However the video sent, doesn’t pick-up what Rinaldi said or in what context.
