The Timmins Humane Society and the OSPCA is teaming up for the Friends for Life Walk this weekend. The walk is Sunday around Gillies Lake, and serves as a fundraiser for the animal shelter. By partnering up with the OSPCA, donations can now be made online, a first for the shelter, and so far almost eight-thousand dollars have been raised.
