Off-road vehicle drivers are being reminded of some riding restrictions.
The Timmins Police Service says officers have received multiple complaints of ATVs being driven in restricted areas such as the White Waterfront Conservation Area in South Porcupine. Police say off-road vehicles have been driven through the park and damaged the property.
TPS says you are not allowed to drive an ATV through a park, on a highway, roadway or sidewalk. Police add those who don’t follow this rule could face charges and fines.
