Pine Street South at Algonquin Boulevard will be closed Wednesday morning.
The City of Timmins says maintenance crews need to replace the south west traffic light pole that was damaged earlier this year. Crews say because of the high volume of traffic and small work space in the area, the road has to be closed. The work is expected to last about four hours. Public Works says alternate routes through the area include Cedar Street or Spruce Street.
The city is apologizing for any inconveniences this may cause.
