A 20-year-old North Bay man is facing multiple charges including using a false name.
The Timmins Police Service says on August 22nd, police responded to a call of a suspicious man in the downtown area. Police found the man where he then gave officers a fake name. Investigation revealed the man’s true identity and that he was breaking a probation order. Police also found the man was in possession of drugs.
He is facing seven charges including identity fraud and breach of probation.
