There is going to be a fundraiser in Timmins tonight to help a local man in his fight against cancer. 39-year old Chris Johnson was diagnosed with Stage Three esophageal cancer last summer. He is a firefighter by trade, which means he had a higher chance of getting this form of cancer. Treatments can be as high as 50-thousand dollars. The YMCA will be having a spaghetti dinner tonight at 5:30 and 6:30, for 10-dollars. There will also be a bake sale, raffles, and a silent auction.
