Police are charging an O’Brien Township man after seeing him pull a 360 degree tire burnout. The incident happened in Smooth Rock Falls, who was pulled over by the OPP after the burnout and speeding through residential streets. The 30 year old then tried to run while speaking with police. He is charged with driving under the influence and racing. He will appear in court next month.
