A 24 year old Kapuskasing man is being charged with impaired driving, and having an open container of alcohol in his car. He was arrested in mid August on Highway 11 between Cochrane and Smooth Rock Falls, when an OPP officer saw him speeding and swerving. A breathalyzer test found his blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He is set to appear in court in October.
