A report of the North East Community Care Access Centre has been released. The North East Local Health Integration Network completed an analysis of the centre to ensure it is meeting the needs of the community, and the increasing number of patients in the aging population. 16 recommendations were made, including re-evaluating the assessment process, and monitoring service and financial performance.
