News Impaired Driving Charges for July SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Tuesday, Aug. 12th, 2014 A decline in the number of impaired driving charges was handed out last month in Timmins. Of the charges laid in July, one was because a driver refused to take a Breathalyzer test, which is a criminal charge and has the same penalties of a DUI if convicted. Another was because a driver noticed a car driving erratically, and called police. Police remind everyone to call 9-1-1 if they suspect anyone drinking and driving.
