Food Recalls

A few food recalls to report. Marc Angelo brand Genoa Salami in the 100-gram package, and with the best before date of December 1st, 2014, has been recalled. Avina Fresh Mushrooms brand Sliced Crimini Mushrooms in the 454 gram packages have also been recalled. Both could contain Listeria. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has also recalled some brands of the La Fromagerie Hamel brand French cheeses in Quebec because they could contain e-coli. There have been no illnesses reported with any of these products, but to be safe you should throw them out or return them to the store.
