A new contest is launching for those who have already purchased their Stars and Thunder tickets.
Anyone who has purchased tickets for the eight day music festival before the end of May will be put into a draw to win a meet and greet with some of the artists. Mayor Steve Black says this is to encourage people to buy tickets for the festival ahead of time.
Black clarifies that this contest includes everyone who has purchased tickets from the first day they went on sale to the end of May.
For the festival to break even, 2,500 more general admission week passes and 1,950 more VIP week passes need to be sold.
