Another name has been added to the Timmins Human Rights Wall of Fame.
Jim Chalmers has been inducted to the wall by the Timmins and District Multicultural Centre for his large amount of anti-discrimination work in the community. Deputy Mayor Andrew Marks says Chalmers was a huge believer of breaking down barriers to any form of accessibility.
Chalmers was inducted to the wall posthumously.
You can find the Human Rights Wall of Fame in the foyer of the Timmins Public Library.
