A 35-year-old wanted Timmins man has been arrested for drug possession.
Timmins Police Spokesperson Marc Depatie says while police were doing their general patrols yesterday afternoon, they noticed someone who was known to the police. Depatie says officers investigated and confirmed that the man was wanted on a warrant of failing to appear in court.
The man has been charged with one count of drug possession.
He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
