Driving with No Headlights Leads to Impaired Driving Charges.

Driving at night without your headlights on is one way to catch police attention.

A 22-year-old Timmins man found this out the hard way.

The Timmins Police Service says officers stopped the man early Sunday morning for driving without headlights. Police say further investigation lead to the man failing a breath test. He is being charged with two counts of impaired driving.

The man has been released from custody on the promise to appear in court on March 28th.
