The Town of Iroquois Falls has received a financial boost.

FedNor’s Northern Ontario Development Program is giving the town $17,600 for economic development. Mayor Michael Shea says this funding will help the town to grow.

Shea says the town’s strategic plan is to find economic opportunities, create new jobs and hire an economic development officer.
