The Hemets On campaign starts Wednesday in Timmins. Under it, police officers will give children wearing a bicycle helmet a pass to the Sportxplex or Neo Laser Tag. They also get a ballot to win a new bike. And adults wearing a helmet can win a barbeque. The campaign runs throughout the summer.
