After one year of overseeing Ontario’s 444 municipalities and 21 universities, the Ontario Ombudsman has received over 33-hundred complaints. Ombudsman Paul Dube says almost 90 per cent of the cases have been resolved. Dube says they have been able to help thousands of people by providing the information they need or or making inquiries about their issues. This year’s most common cases included issues like hydro, housing, and academic fees.
