A survey is underway in Timmins to determine if children find it easy or hard to eat healthy and stay active. It’s being carried out by the Timmins-Misiway Healthy Kids Community Challenge. The goal is to make it easy for children to live healthy lives. But the agency needs community input in order to put together projects and programs. Things the agency is looking for is information on the eating and sleeping habits of children and to the degree they are physically active. The online survey is available at www.misiway.ca People who complete the survey have a chance to win one of 20 gift cards up for grabs.
