News Court fines four men for illegal ATV activity SHARE ON: Rocco Frangione, contributor, Wednesday, Dec. 7th, 2016 Four North Bay-area men have been fined $1,400 for driving their ATV’s in a popular beach area of Lake Temagami. The beach in question bans motorized traffic. The incidents took place in late summer last year and a person at the beach snapped photos of the illegal activity. The images made it easier for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry to lay charges. One of the men was fined more than $900 because in addition to driving on the beach, he was also penalized for not wearing a helmet.
