Hitting and threatening the owner of a Timmins tavern has resulted in charges against a 60-year-old Timmins man. The man is charged with uttering threats and assault. Back on October 1st, the owner told the customer to leave, but instead the accused hit the owner and threatened him. Police found the man this week and arrested him.
