Rubino Real Estate Holdings has bought Frank P. Krznaric Public School in Porcupine. The school closed its doors at the end of the 2014 school year and the students were relocated to Golden Avenue Public School. Krznaric Public School was built in 1972. The deal to sell the school to Rubino closes December 9th. Since the purchase price was discussed behind closed doors, members of the public who want to know the price will need to go through the Freedom of Information Act. The District School Board Ontario North East still has Foleyet Public School up for sale.
