The Kidsport office at the Sportsplex is going to be open next Tuesday and Thursday for applications. The office will be open from 9:30am to 1:30pm in the lower foyer of the Sportsplex. All applications for sports starting in January have to apply by December 15th.
The application requires some documents, including pay stubs or proof of income for October, and income requirements have to be met.
