A Timmins man who accidentally discharged his rifle in his truck while hunting has been fined $3,000.  The man was hunting in the Fort Frances area last November when he loaded his rifle in his truck after spotting a deer.  While getting out of the vehicle, he slipped and the rifle went off sending a bullet hrough the passenger door and deploying the airbags.  The man can’t hunt for a year and has to take a hunter education program.
