Health Force Ontario and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine have signed a three year deal to improve health care in the North. Through the partnership they are looking to increase health professionals in Northern Ontario, especially in high need areas including, Indigenous , Francophone, remote, rural communities.
The NOSM and HFO plan to create sustainable health care systems, resulting in better health for patients in the North.
