Nobody was hurt as an Ontario Northland train derailed 16 kilometers north of Kenogami. The Kirkland Lake OPP was called to the scene last week where a number of rail cars carrying copper concentrate were derailed. No damage was done to other property. The cause of the derailment is still under investigation and the Ministry of Environment was called to the scene. The incident took place in Swan Lake.
