Timmins business charged for opening on Good Friday

A Timmins business has been charged for being open on Good Friday.  Police charged Urban Planet under the Retail Business Holidays Act.  The shop had a chance to avoid the charge.  That’s because police first warned the manager saying if they stayed open, the business and anyone working would be charged.  In addition to Urban Planet, the manager and nine employees were charged.
