The Timmins Humane Society is taking their services to the next level. They now have an off hours emergency line for life-threatening instances. The shelter says that could mean a sick, injured, or aggressive animal. The number can also be called to report a stray, domestic, animal. To report animal abuse, call 310-SPCA.
The emergency line is open between 5:30pm and 9:30am. The number is 705-365-7225. You will be asked to leave a voicemail message, and then a staff member will get in touch. However, the humane society does point out that if the situation is not deemed an emergency, they will get back to you during the next business day.
