News Changes to the ONTC bus schedules is good news for the area, according to Angus SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Wednesday, Jun. 22nd, 2016 A new northern bus schedule being rolled out by ONTC is receiving praise from the MP of Timmins-James Bay. Charlie Angus says since rail service has been killed in the north the bus services have taken on a more important role. The transportation commission is looking to improve its bus services along the Highway 11 corridor. The new changes being implemented next month won’t leave passengers with a two-and-half-hour wait in North Bay, those times will now be cut to only 25 minutes. Angus says he’s pleased there will be an express-like service going from Timmins to Toronto through Sudbury with the new changes. (Written by: Greg Rosser)
