The Northern Ontario School of Medicine is wrapping up its tenth anniversary. The schools in Sudbury and Thunder Bay have worked with towns and cities across the north to place more doctors in the north.

This week the school is hosting an international conference on how to engage communities in medical education. The week-long event is going on in Sault Ste. Marie and is expecting 300 researchers from across Canada and the world.
