News Local man facing aggravated assault charges in connection to a break and enter SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Thursday, May. 19th, 2016 A 47-year-old Timmins man is facing aggravated assault charges stemming from a break-in at a home on Fifth Avenue. It happened on Monday, when the suspect broke in and assaulted a female resident, who sustained minor injuries. It is also alleged the accused had a weapon, attacking a male resident with it; he sustained serious, but not life threatening, injuries. The accused is now facing four charges in total: – One count of Break, Enter and Commit Indictable Offence – One count of Assault – One count of Aggravated Assault – One count of Fail to Comply with Probation Order
