News More charges laid in Timmins in connection to Ontario wide child pornography bust SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Tuesday, May. 17th, 2016 The Timmins Police Service is charging a Quebec man as part of a provincial wide child-pornography bust. The 32-year-old, from Rouyn-Noranda, was arrested on Friday in Quebec, and then transported to Timmins for a bail hearing. The charges are part of a larger, Ontario-wide investigation, the details of which were released last month in Toronto. He is facing three charges in total, including possession and accessing child pornography. Charged last month in the same investigation are one man from Timmins, one from North Bay, and two from Sudbury.
