Angus disappoint with palliative care debate

The vote on a national palliative care strategy is expected in May.

Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus says it could still pass despite the federal governments comments during round one of debate yesterday.

The Feds tried to make changes to motion 456 to eliminate their involvement with the provinces on a national strategy.

However, with a free vote Angus says there’s still a chance M-456 could pass.
