The Timmins Hospital is getting ready for this month’s Spring Gala and Lottery. The 18th annual event helps to bring money into the hospital, with the funds going towards buying new IV pumps this year.
The hospital is announcing a $50,000 dollar prize board for the lottery this year. That includes a $10,000 cash prize, a 14-foot wide aluminium boat, and appliances, all donated by Mikey’s. The hospital has a $250,000 fundraising goal for the event this year. Tickets are still available at the hospital foundation office.
