Falcons playing in support of a 16 year old with Leukemia this weekend

On Sunday, the Kapuskasing Bantam Icehawks and Timmins Kiwanis Midget-A Falcons will be coming together to help Kaila Pelletier, a 16 year old from Kapuskasing, who has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. The Icehawks and Falcons will be rocking orange laces and orange tape on their sticks to help raise awareness and support Peltier.

The Sports Palace will be the host of their games on Sunday with the first game scheduled for 12:30pm. Chuck a puck and a 50/50 draw will be held with proceeds going to Kaila’s family.

Kaila is presently in chemo treatments in Ottawa and donations are being accepted on her Go Fund Me page.
