Three Timmins residents are facing charges following a string of break-and-enters. The Timmins Police Service was called on Saturday about a break-in in the area of Jubilee and Eyre. A number of suspects took personal belongings worth over $2,000.
A 39-year-old Timmins woman, 37-year-old man, and a 13-year-old youth are now all charged with break and enter, and possession of property obtained by crime. TPS is still investigating a number of other break-ins in the same area, from garages, sheds, and cars.
The police say it’s important to always lock your doors, and make sure valuables aren’t in plain sight.
