The federal budget has been released and Timmins-James Bay MP Charlie Angus isn’t pleased with it.
The Federal Liberals says the budget is focusing on middle class. The budget includes $7-billion will be invested into childcare to create more spaces and $11-billion will go into housing over the next 11 years. Angus says this isn’t enough.
The budget sets aside about $1.18-billion has been set aside for skills and innovation training.
Angus says there is quite a bit of talk in this budget, but feels it just doesn’t deliver what is really needed.
